Investment Prioritisation at Hunter Water

In a capital and Opex constrained environment, water utilities are looking at robust frameworks to prioritise investments.

Part of this process is engagement with the Board and other areas of the business to make decisions on investment in the face of many competing demands and uncertainty.

Hunter Water developed a model to prioritise investment and will share how they used this model to engage with their Senior Management and Board to make decisions on investment for their price submission.
