We’re pleased to share with you WSAA's new Member Charter, a first for our organisation, and an important step in how we work together as a sector.
The Charter sets out mutual expectations between WSAA and our members. It describes how WSAA commits to connecting, supporting, and leading the water sector, and what we ask of members in return, active engagement, open and respectful communication, and a shared commitment to prioritising collective benefit and sector-wide progress.
Developed after member feedback and based on the WSAA Constitution and Strategy 2030, the Charter formalises our way of working with our members rather than introducing new obligations.
The Charter comes into effect from the 1 July 2026. We encourage you to share it with your teams and to use it as a reference for how you and your organisation engage with WSAA.
